Are you interested in contributing as a writer for the ASTD-LA Learning Pro E-Zine? We welcome submissions for regular columns (once a month, once a quarter, or twice a year) as well as single submissions. Here’s what you need to know:
First-time contributors to ASTD-LA must read, sign, and e-mail the attached
ASTD-LA Learning Pro E-Zine Author Agreement along with their first article to
Communications@astdla.org.
What topics are we seeking? The best submissions come from writers when they write about what they know. What is your niche in the training community? Here are just a few ideas:
- Innovative technologies
- Organizational development (OD)
- Leadership development
- Best practices in training/facilitating/designing
- Mentoring
- Instructional design
- Facilitation
Submission length: 500-2000 words.
Other requirements: Articles submitted must pass our editing review, including structure, and appropriateness for submission (the article needs to provide value to readers as a stand-alone piece - not just be a teaser for selling your products/services; although we welcome the inclusion of your contact information at the end of the article).
