ASTD-LA has enough opportunity for everyone. Many respected T & D (training and development) pros honed their leadership and professional skills by developing programs and supporting the chapter’s operations. You can too!

There are several ongoing needs: You can help plan, promote, and host professional development events, chapter meetings, and workshops. Or you could plan membership promotions and member retention activities. Or maybe help integrate new members into the chapter.

ASTD Member Services is developing  a new research project for our members. You can help analyze the data from the chapter satisfaction surveys and design focus groups that will provide information for strategic planning. In the past, these efforts have resulted in improved chapter operations and better overall programs.
