Thank you for your interest in renewing your membership in ASTD-Los Angeles.

Here are some instructions to help you renew.

1.  Log in with your username and password. (If you cannot login, DO NOT rejoin as a new member again by setting up a new username and password. Please call Denise for assistance at 562/908-3020.)

2.  Click on "View Profile" in the login box area. This will take you to your profile screen.

3.  Please take note of your membership level type.

a.  If your membership level says "New ????" (This will be the case if this is your first year renewing)

1. Click on "Change membership level" to get access to the renewal rates
2. Click on the the appropriate renewal level
3. Proceed with payment

b.  If your membership level say "Renewing ???"

1. Click on the "Renew until..." button
2. Proceed with payment

4. If your membership level has changed (e.g., you were an individual and are now a student;  you were with a company and now your company has fewer than 4 members/you left your company and you are now an individual), then follow the steps under 3.a. above.
