Trainer Agility: How to React Quickly to Meet an Individual’s Training Needs
The best laid training plans, methodologies, processes, and procedures do not always produce the desired results from individuals. At the end of the day, when an employee does not have the tools, knowledge, or desire to perform, it is the front line manager who must take rapid action!
Why? Because it is the front line manager who has the perspective needed to turn around employee performance. Enabling employees is their primary responsibility. And, the profitability of their business depends on it!
Join Rosalyn Vargas as she shares several case studies of real-life situations that require a “trainer’s agility”. Put yourself in her shoes as she navigates the unique training needs of special individuals. Walk with her as we rapidly develop individual action plans to overcome challenging circumstances that inhibit performance.
As a result of this workshop, you will improve your ability to identify the root cause of performance issues and take swift action to improve the performance of individuals in your organization.
